Hi there, I'm Adam. Thanks for visiting my website!

I’m a detail-minded MBA graduate who finished my degree with a 3.95 GPA, graduating Summa Cum Laude. I thrive in a technical setting, driving cutting-edge methods and technology to the forefront of a company, maximizing efficiency, and eliminating wasted resources. I have a history of identifying an inefficiency, then finding, researching, and implementing systems to improve the process wherever possible. I'm driven by optimization and excellence, and enjoy the challenge of spurring continuous improvement.

In my current role, I’ve cut supply expenses by up to 87% through intelligent sourcing. I learn new concepts quickly, often teaching myself through the wealth of information available at the click of a mouse. I'm a strong believer that if you're not advancing, you're falling behind those who are!

I find that humor is a great way to ease a tense situation, and I can always see the light no matter the circumstances. I’ve been told that I have a quick wit but can also help people to feel grounded in stressful times.

My Skills

I take a strategic approach to problem solving, and have a very high success rate at solving a large variety of unique issues. I draw from my previous experiences and the resources available to me to quickly and efficiently obtain and implement accepted solutions and derive new ones where none exist. My mind is always working. Whenever I encounter a new machine or problem in the course of daily life, I analyze and ponder the mechanics of that machine until I determine how it works. After that, I determine potential failure points and how to overcome them, as well as ways in which it could be improved, essentially going through the research and development process in my head. I've always been fascinated by how things work, and have disassembled and reverse-engineered things since I was young. I look at complex structural assemblies and analyze the components, determining which members are in tension and compression, points of load, member orientation, and failure points. Basically, I see the world through blueprint-colored glasses.

An injection-molded adapter system for joining LED road flares to a standard traffic cone in a variety of methods, as appropriate, depending upon the flare manufacturer and outfitting of the individual flares. This device up-fits a standard 28-inch traffic cone into compliance with Department of Transportation requirements that any light used for signaling must be elevated 30 inches above the surface of the road using standard LED road flares rather than specialized equipment. This allows for easy and inexpensive upgrading of existing equipment, increasing worker and motorist safety while also decreasing cost.
